Hyatt Place San Antonio Northwest/Medical Center

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, next to San Antonio, supermarket. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees were not very friendly. The continental breakfast was pretty decent with plenty of food. Also, I loved how reasonable the location was.

This family-run hotel offers plenty of beautiful rooms.

The hotel was clean with helpful staff who provided us with savoury breakfasts. The beds were comfortable and the room was perfect, brand-new. Liked the fact that check-in was quick.

Great value hotel, clean, with reasonable location next to theme parks, the highway, many popular restaurants. Room was perfect and beautiful; bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were all outstanding, welcoming, will be back.

The hotel was delightful, staff were more than helpful, the room was magnificent. Incredible beds, blackout drapes, electric outlets and big closet in the room. The food available for continental breakfast was good!

We loved it, the hotel was very upscale and had very good staff and rooms. Quite close to the airport, 0.5 miles, perfect for an early flight. Such a fairly nice experience.

Room is normal double, staff is service-oriented and check-in is fast. It has a very convenience location right off the highway.

The room is contemporary, stuff is obliging, location is beautiful. Would recomand and will be back, it was a QUITE COMFORTABLE stay.

The hotel was big size, and the meals were amazing, I liked the cute location really close to San Antonio as well as theme parks. Incredibly polite employees with nice manners.

Exemplary service, impeccable room and practical location. Staff was very knowledgeable and responsive to requests. Funky style hotel with simple furniture in the rooms. The food was AFFORDABLE, I really enjoyed hardboiled eggs, meats, slices of fresh bread, bakery and cheese served in the morning. The pool of the venue was well-maintained. Free soft drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.

Centrally located in a very relaxing area, comprehensive breakfast, comfy bed. Breathtaking room and decent, with blackout drapes, power sockets and netflix. The hotel was situated in the residential location. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was remarkable.

Staff was very enthusiastic, rooms were decent, property was not big. The continental breakfast included great fruit, butter, bakery, fresh bread and hardboiled eggs. Its location was fabulous central next to the interstate. The pool was very clean and I had soft drinks in the rooftop bar. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was excellent.

The lobby was beautiful and perfectly clean. Delicious breakfast, friendly service. I booked a room with a comfy bed, central heating, a refrigerator and a couch bed. I loved a downtown area.

The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed to have evening drinks at The Lobby Bar, based nearby.

Free Wi-Fi was available; the breakfast was hearty! Suite was big. We loved our coffee with goodies at Alamo Cafe.

Quick customer service. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like the lobby bar that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

There is a good food option within 600 ft - County Line. Handy base for a weekend in San Antonio.
